目前提供的 Windows 2008 R2 SP1 系统不支持 TLS1.2协议，目前只有 SSL2.0

在配置 SSL 做小程序开发时候，或者 .net 系统无法正常发起 https 请求提示小程序的 TLS 版本必须大于等于1.2

Windows Server 2008 R2 添加对 TLS1.2的支持

首先打开服务器组策略，通过快捷键 Win+R运行中输入 gpedit.msc，找到 SSL 配置设置，双击 SSL 密码套件顺序，选择已启用，并点击【确定】。准备工作完成！

方法一 使用 ssltools 工具

该工具由亚洲诚信提供，单击下载，启用 TLS1_2协议

勾选三个 TLS 协议并重启系统，打开以下目录：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols

方法二 修改注册表的方式

将下列代码保存到后缀名为“.reg”的文件中，并双击执行，将下列配置添加到注册表中。

文件执行后，通过快捷键 Win+R，在命令框中输入 regedit 打开注册表。 打开以下目录：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols 如果看到的结果与下列截图一致，则表示注册表添加成功，TLS1.2已经添加支持。
